When a Refund Can Be Requested
A refund may be requested only if the item you received is damaged, faulty, or different from the product you ordered at the time of delivery.
Time Limit for Refund Requests
To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 24 hours after receiving your parcel. Please include clear photos or a short video as evidence of the issue.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Refund
• If you simply change your mind after ordering
• If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect
• Damage caused by normal usage or wear
• Products that are custom-made or personalized
Refund Procedure
After reviewing and approving your request, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase or through a bank transfer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be transferred through bank transfer, Easy paisa, or Jazz Cash.
